The problem

Most wellness programs are lost at the sign-up step. HR launches, a fraction of people opt in, and the participation number is settled before the first week is out.

In one line

Vantage Fit eliminates sign-up drop-off with automatic rule-based enrollment, phone-first tracking, and five self-serve challenge formats that get employees participating from day one.

Start from the outcome you were handed.

Five goals HR teams get asked for, and the programs that produce them.

  1. Get everyone moving

One number everyone understands, countable on a phone alone.

  2. Cover more than steps

A holistic wellness program, with weekly themes across sleep, food, mind and movement.

  3. Bring remote and hybrid teams together

Teams rank on the average of member scores, so nobody carries the group.

  4. Build a habit that sticks

One small daily target, so a missed day costs only that day.

    • Breathing exercise
    • Sugar free

  5. Run one company-wide moment

A distance event the whole company can finish, counted in kilometers.

Every challenge in the library runs the same four steps.

    1. Set who is in it

Target by department, country, age, gender, language or health-risk profile. Targeted challenges are private by default.

    2. Enrollment happens by rule

Matching employees are enrolled by rule at the start. There is no sign-up step to lose people at.

    3. Activity tracks itself

Steps sync from the phone, no wearable required. Hourly and daily caps flag anomalies so leaderboards stay fair.

    4. Recognition lands on its own

Badges calculate nightly, certificates and points issue automatically, and you can reschedule or bulk-manage any time.

Nobody has to be an athlete to place well.

Team score is the average of member scores, so one steady member lifts the whole team and no one gets carried. Employees can hide from the individual leaderboard and still take part.

    • Fair team averages

Average-based team scoring lets consistent, smaller squads compete evenly with larger groups.

    • Leaderboard privacy

Employees can hide from public leaderboards while still earning points for their team.

    • Consistency over peak athletics

Steady daily participation outscores teams relying on one or two peak athletes.

    • Forgiving daily streaks

Streak formats reward regular habits, so a missed day never ruins the whole challenge.

An employee wellness challenge is a time-boxed program where employees log a healthy activity, such as steps, workouts, water, sleep or mindfulness, and see it on a leaderboard. In Vantage Fit you pick a recognizable program, build it from one of five formats, set the audience, and eligible employees are enrolled by rule.
